TERMS OF SERVICE

1 DEFINITIONS

1.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following terms, written with an
initial capital letter, have the following meanings in these general terms and
conditions:

Cooling-off period:

The period within which the Consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal;

Consumer:

The natural person who does not act for purposes related to their trade,
business, craft, or profession;

Day:

Calendar day;

Right of withdrawal:

The Consumer's possibility to withdraw from the distance contract within the
cooling-off period;

Entrepreneur:

The natural or legal person offering products to Consumers through a webshop
(www.youngmessengerclub.com);

Agreement:

The purchase agreement concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer;

2 APPLICABILITY

2.1

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the
Entrepreneur and to every Agreement concluded between the Entrepreneur and the
Consumer.

2.2

The Consumer declares that they have taken note of these general terms and
conditions prior to the conclusion of the Agreement.

3 THE OFFER

3.1

The products offered by the Entrepreneur in the webshop constitute an
invitation to Consumers to make a purchase offer. All prices stated are in
euros and include VAT. Orders and deliveries are only possible in the
Netherlands unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the Entrepreneur. The
Entrepreneur reserves the right not to accept a purchase offer if an item is
not available or if the Consumer has unjustifiably failed to pay invoices for
previous deliveries or has reversed payments. If the Entrepreneur is unable to
fulfill a specific order, they will notify the Consumer as soon as possible.

4 THE AGREEMENT

4.1

The Agreement is concluded at the moment the Consumer accepts the purchase
offer and meets the stipulated conditions.

4.2

After accepting the offer, the Entrepreneur confirms the conclusion of the
Agreement and the purchased items by email. As long as the receipt of this
acceptance has not been confirmed by the Entrepreneur, the Consumer may
dissolve the Agreement.

4.3

Within legal limits, the Entrepreneur may ascertain whether the Consumer can
meet their payment obligations, as well as any facts and factors that are
relevant for a responsible conclusion of the Agreement. If, based on this
investigation, the Entrepreneur has good grounds not to enter into the
Agreement, they are entitled to refuse an order or application with reasons or
to attach special conditions to the execution.

5 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1

The Consumer can dissolve the Agreement regarding the purchase of a product
within a cooling-off period of 14 days without stating any reasons.

5.2

The cooling-off period referred to in paragraph 1 starts on the day after the
Consumer has received the product. If the Consumer wishes to exercise their
right of withdrawal, they must return the product within 14 days after
receiving it to the address printed at the bottom of these general terms and
conditions.

5.3

During the cooling-off period, the Consumer shall handle the product and its packaging
with care. They shall only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to
establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. The
Consumer's starting point should be that they may only handle and inspect the
product as they would be allowed to do in a physical store.

5.4

If the goods have deteriorated due to handling beyond what is permitted in
paragraph 3, the Entrepreneur reserves the right to claim compensation for
damages.

6 EXERCISING THE CONSUMER'S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND ITS COSTS

6.1

If the Consumer exercises their right of withdrawal, they shall notify the
Entrepreneur within the cooling-off period.

6.2

The Consumer shall return the product as soon as possible but no later than 14
days after the conclusion of the Agreement.

6.3

The Consumer shall return the product with all delivered accessories and
labels, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging and in
accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the
Entrepreneur.

6.4

The risk and burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right
of withdrawal lie with the Consumer.

6.5

The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the product.

7 OBLIGATIONS OF THE ENTREPRENEUR IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1

Once the Entrepreneur has received the notification of withdrawal from the
Consumer, they will send an acknowledgment of receipt immediately after
receiving this notification.

7.2

The Entrepreneur shall refund all payments made by the Consumer, including any
delivery costs charged by the Entrepreneur for the returned product, without
undue delay and no later than 14 days following the day on which the Consumer
notifies them of the withdrawal and the product is received.

7.3

If the Consumer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the
standard delivery, the Entrepreneur is not obliged to refund the additional
costs for the more expensive method.

8 DELIVERY AND EXCHANGE

8.1

The address provided by the Consumer to the Entrepreneur is considered the
place of delivery.

8.2

The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after receiving the order.

8.3

If the Consumer wishes to exchange a product, the conditions referred to in
Articles 5 and 6 of these general terms and conditions apply mutatis mutandis.
Once the Entrepreneur has received the product to be exchanged, the new product
will be sent to the Consumer. The additional shipping costs related to the
exchange are borne by the Consumer.

9 PAYMENT

9.1

Payment must be made in one of the ways indicated on the Entrepreneur's
website.

9.2

The Consumer has the obligation to report any inaccuracies in the provided or
stated payment details to the Entrepreneur without delay.

10 APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

10.2
